All three players have signed two-year extensions, with Moore and De Goey's deals taking them to the end of 2018 and Ramsay signing until the end of 2017.
Moore, who is three weeks into his recovery from a hamstring injury, said he had been encouraged by his progress since joining the club as a father-son selection last October.
"It's been six months and the player I've become and how much I've improved in six months makes me really excited for the future," said the key position prospect.
"Since I've walked through the door I've been given things that I can do to improve my performance, and it's just controllables.
"A lot of the lead-up to the draft is things you can't control - the things people say about you and the impression that you give - but to be able to come in every day and do my job and work hard and contribute to the club, towards making a really exciting future, has been really fun."
While Moore is still a few weeks away from returning from injury, Ramsay is expected to play next week having almost overcome a shin injury.
De Goey, a round one debutant, was named in the extended squad to play Richmond on Sunday.
"A lot of the senior players like Jamie Elliott and Tom Langdon have also signed on, so that's really encouraging for the team. I just the think the club's going in the right direction and I look forward to growing up with some of these younger players and trying to win premierships," he said.
"[Before] you get drafted you don't really understand how much hard work you have to put into it if you want to succeed. Once you get here it's a massive step up from TAC Cup but once you work into that and get used to the routine, it makes it a lot easier."
Moore was on the cusp of senior selection when injured playing for Collingwood's VFL side, and said his rehabilitation was progressing well.
"I'm about three weeks in now of recovery, and it's feeling really good and ticking all the boxes. We're way further along than we thought I'd be, so it's going really well," he said.
"It's still going to be another couple of weeks, we've got to test it and make sure I'm ready to go, but up until now it's been really encouraging and I'm really confident."
