Treloar is one of a number of big name inclusions for Collingwood's NAB Challenge match against the Western Bulldogs on Saturday at Etihad Stadium.
He will join what appears to be a full-strength midfield, with Steele Sidebottom, Jordan De Goey, Dane Swan and Brent Macaffer also among the notable inclusions.
Marley Williams will play his first game of the season against the Bulldogs, while Nathan Brown will return to defence after a week on the sidelines.
After stacking the team with talls in the first two NAB Challenge games, Nathan Buckley has opted for a smaller line-up this week.
Brodie Grundy will miss, while Jesse White and Mason Cox have also been left out of the side.
After experiencing their first taste of AFL football in Wagga Wagga, Tom Phillips, Brayden Sier and Matthew Goodyear will remain on the sidelines this weekend.
They may join teammates Ben Crocker, Tim Golds and Darrean Wyatt in the VFL, with the VFL Magpies set to play a practice match against Footscray at the Holden Centre on Saturday afternoon.
